(1) Rule 30A. After receiving the application for broker's license according to Rule 30C. After examining whether the applicant's qualifications have been met or not, if it is deemed appropriate to grant him a license as a broker, the applicant's name shall be registered in the registration book as per Schedule-18.
(2) After registering the petitioner's name in the registration book according to sub-rule (1), the committee shall collect a fee of twenty five thousand rupees from the petitioner for the broker's license and issue the broker's license to such petitioner in the format as per Schedule 19.
